Shipping & Delivery

Here at Gib Rock Tuna we try to get your order ready for shipment as soon as possible. Once payment has been received please allow up to 2 days to get the order ready to ship and usually orders will be delivered within 3 days of shipping, but please allow up to 28 days. We will only send via Signed For Delivery.

Privacy & Security

Gib Rock Tuna understands the value of your privacy, and will therefore only use the information you give us to process your order and provide you with details of our special offers.

We do not sell our mailing lists to other companies, or divulge any of your personal details to other companies or individuals. Payment processing takes place on a secure server provided by Paypal and Moneybookers.

For us to process your order, we will need to know your name, e-mail address, billing address and credit or debit card details. We require your email address as a primary form of contact. As mentioned, your personal details are never passed onto third parties and they will be used in accordance with the data protection act for which we are registered.

If products are faulty or do not conform to description, you may return them within 28 days of receipt and you will be entitled to a replacement or full refund. Gib Rock Tuna reserves the right to retain the costs of delivery where goods are returned for no cause. We test every product returned. If it is found not to be faulty or if it has been misused it will be returned to you with postage under your responsibility. All returned goods must be accompanied with        receipt, unused, in undamaged original packaging and in resalable condition.

 We advise you to check any products you suspect might be faulty before returning them. We reserve the right to charge a repackaging fee on goods that are returned without their original packaging. You may return any unopened products within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. We will refund you once we have received and processed the package. Please allow up to 10 working days. Delivery costs will only be refunded if the returned item is a result of our error. Sale items do not qualify for returns.

Ordering

To order items on our site, add the required items to your 'cart'. Once you are happy that you have everything place your order with the site, for ease please sign up to the site - creating a user name and password. Once your order has been placed you will have an email confirming that your order has been placed and through out the order you will be kept updated with all stages. Once the item has been shipped you will be notified by email so that you know when we shipped the item.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment through the site will be done securely through Paypal.com or Moneybookers. All payments will be processed within 3 - 5 days of your order placed. All orders and payments will be checked against your order and once the order has been processed with your payment you will be notified via email. All payments via PayPal will incur a 4% surcharge. Paypal E-Checks will take longer to clear and we will only ship order upon clearance of payment. 

Tax and Duties

Customers will be liable for tax and duties of their home state or country.

Viewing Orders

Once you have placed your order, the email that you will be sent will have all of the instructions to view your order. You can also view your order by logging into our site and accessing your account.

Updating Account Information

To update your account, at any time, log on to the site and access your account. From in here you can change your shipping address, contact address, contact email and all other necessary information that we may require.
